You’ll quickly feel my deep love for movement and fitness not just for the body, but for the mind and soul too. For over 10 years, exercise has been my anchor, training five days a week consistently. I’m here to gently remind you that you’re capable of more than you think. That movement can be an act of self-love, a way to reconnect with your body, and a path to healing. My hope is to help women feel strong, seen, and proud of themselves. I’m passionate about creating a community where we rise together, where you can flourish, heal, and thrive in the safety of sisterhood and inspiration.
I'm so excited to be a part of this space & to move alongside such an inspiring group of women! I have always had a deep love of movement-whether it is running, dancing, swimming or staying active in any way that makes me feel strong and joyful. For me, taking care of my body has also become a way to take care of my mind. I believe that movement is coded in our genetic code and to move is to thrive! Movement helps me manage stress, show up for myself and feel empowered. I am grateful to be sharing my love for movement with you and to get to support everyone in this group.
